Worth every penny! The communication was excellent from the very first phone call. They were able to book us in earlier than they originally thought they could. I was able to contact them at all times throughout the treatment and get them to take care of things I missed during prep. The service includes vacuum, heat, and spray, which is what you need to kill the bugs and then keep them out! After the treatment, the exterminators gave us precise instructions for items to wash and throw out to guarantee no re-infestations.
